We had a great stay at Prado Madrid I. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was not bad, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The highlight was the exceptional customer service provided by Arturo. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The apartment had plenty of room for our family, and the two rooftop terraces were a nice bonus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, new facilities, ease of use to access (using the codes to get the keys). Very good place to stay to explore the city for a weekend.
Slightly smaller than expected, was just about ok for 3 adults, would have been a bit cramped for 4 adults. Could get a bit noisy at night as the walls were thin, did not affect us when we were out Friday and Saturday but Sunday before an early flight was not great.

It had a FRIENDLY setting just next door to train station, many cafes. The food was excellent. Warm staff who provided exceptional service. The check-out was late. Exceptionally good view of the sea from the balcony. Fantastic price for charming place.
It's a pity but the bathroom was very tiny.

Perfect Location, Amazing facilities and a bargain!!! We stayed in a group of 25 at the apartments and everyone was comfortable with everything they needed in an amazing location! There was so much space and the kitchen and bathroom were brilliant. We paid hostel prices and got apartments that you could live in on a full time basis with everything you need!
